We always strive to pay withdrawals as quickly as possible, that said, you can help to make this process even quicker!
Upon making your first deposit (or even right after signing up), the best thing you can do for a speedy pay-day is to complete our customer verification process. The process is simple, and you only have to do it once!
Your verification documents include the following:
- Front and back of government-issued ID, plus a selfie holding it (license, age of majority card, or passport)
- Proof of address (Utility bill or bank statement not older than 2 months)
- If you intend to deposit with Credit Card, provide the front and back of the credit card you will be using (can block out the middle 8 digits).
- Document verification process takes approximately 72 hours to complete.
If in the future you use a new card that we do not already have on file, you will have to repeat Step 3.
