Please find the most common reasons why this might be:
- You need to allow 48hours for the promotion to be granted; perhaps this timeframe is not yet up.
- The link your friend signed up from was not the proper referral link and was not tracked to you.
- Confirm that both you AND your friend have made a minimum $25 deposit.
- If both parties are from the same household, the promotion will not be granted.
