The Collector

4.8 out of 5 stars.

The Collector is a Betsoft release set inside a collector's private museum, a hall of relics and locked cases watched over by the man who owns them. The game runs 6 reels and 5 rows with 19 fixed paylines, the return to player is _, and the win cap is 15,000 times the bet. Only the highest win per line is paid and coinciding wins on different lines are combined. Stakes run from $0.10 to $10.

The pharaoh mask heads the paytable, with the ruby ring and the jewelled crown sharing the next level, the Ganesha statue and the dagger below them, and the A, K, Q, J and 10 closing it out. The Wild is the collector and it appears on all reels, substituting for the paying symbols only. Coins, keys, golden pots and books are kept apart from the paytable and award their values through the features.

Symbols in a winning combination lock in position and create Golden Frames, the remaining symbols drop down and new ones fill the gaps, and any further win locks and re-drops until no more are created. Should a Feature Medallion still be on the grid at the end of that sequence, the Golden Reveal begins, and each Golden Frame reveals a coin, a blue key, a red key or a golden pot.

The keys multiply nearby coin values by up to 20x, the blue key across adjacent positions and the red key across every position on the grid. A golden pot collects all visible values and the reveal repeats from there. Three or more Scatters award a bonus game, three offering a choice of two rounds, four offering the grand versions and five awarding the Gallery of Masterpieces. Each of them can also be bought outright.

The Collector from Betsoft puts you in a private museum at night, relics in glass cases and a vault door at the far end. You play 6 reels and 5 rows with 19 fixed paylines, the RTP is _, and the win cap is 15,000 times your bet. Only your highest win on each line is paid, and wins on separate lines are combined. Your stake runs from $0.10 to $10.

Your top symbol is the pharaoh mask, then the ruby ring and the jewelled crown level with each other, then the Ganesha statue and the dagger, with the A, K, Q, J and 10 underneath. Your Wild is the collector and it lands on all six reels, standing in for the paying symbols only. The coins, keys, pots and books are outside the paytable and pay you once a feature is running.

Land a win and those symbols lock in place and leave Golden Frames, the rest drop away, new ones come in, and anything that wins again locks and drops until the board is quiet. If a Feature Medallion is still up there when it stops, the Golden Reveal kicks in and every Golden Frame flips to show a coin, a blue key, a red key or a golden pot.

Keys multiply your coin values by up to 20x, the blue one on the positions beside it and the red one everywhere on the grid. A golden pot then takes in everything showing and the reveal goes round again. Three or more Scatters hand you a bonus, three letting you pick between two rounds, four giving the grand versions and five opening the Gallery of Masterpieces. You can buy your way into any of them. Clear the cases.
