Upon submitting your withdrawal request here is how you can access your request status:
Step 1: Login into your account
Step 2: Click on your avatar
Step 3: Navigate to the "Cashier" tab.
Step 4: Click on "View Pending Withdrawals".
You will find more detailed explanations on statuses and timeframes at the bottom section, as well as important messages about your withdrawal request.
