Upon submitting your withdrawal request, within one minute, you will receive an email and a pop-up message prompting you to upload a few documents. Typically, these documents include a photograph of valid, Government ID and a Selfie of you holding that ID, into our encrypted portal.
Valid, Government ID can be either: Driver’s License (front and back are required), or Passport (data page only)You may also be asked to provide additional documents to verify your address, or your credit card information.
The verification process typically takes up to 24 hours to complete, and once approved, an email will be sent to your email address on file along with a pop-up message to your account.
